开放部门为新中式的展示中心，修建与景观交相呼应。项目距离青岛主城36KM, 本案位于即墨城西国际商贸城片区，项目周边自然、教育资源富厚、配套完善、生活便利。

设计既兼顾周边人文地理，又兼顾了历史文化。Yuzhou Langting mansion is located in Jimo district,Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. The whole project is divided into experiencearea and residential area. The open part is the exhibition area of the newChinese style, the architecture and landscape correspond to each other. Theproject is 36km away from the main city of Qingdao. The project is located inthe area of the International Trade City in the west of Jimo city. The projectis surrounded by rich natural and educational resources and complete supportingfacilities which is convenient for life. The design takes into account not onlythe surrounding human geography, but also the history and culture.展示中心鸟瞰航拍图即墨区为历史文假名城，拥有1400年的历史，鲁东文化根脉之一，中国文化古邑和商贸名城。

我们在设计当中应当尊重当地文化，将设计反馈到当地文化当中。同时罗致当地文化特质应用于设计当中。

以文化回归为突破点，打造时尚，蕴藉、富有文化气质的新生活。我们经由对即墨文化及人文的不停考察，从而认知了即墨当地住民对于山水的一种情怀。也给予了我们本次的设计灵感。

Jimodistrict is a famous historical and cultural city with a history of 1400 years.It is one of the roots of eastern Shandong culture, an ancient Chinese culturalcity and a famous commercial city. We should respect the local culture in thedesign and respond design to the local culture. At the same time, localcultural characteristics shall be used in the design. Take cultural return as abreakthrough point to create a new life style of fashion, implication andcultural temperament. Through thecontinuous investigation of Jimo culture and habit, we get acknowledgement ofthe local residents' feeling for mountains and rivers. It also gave us the designinspiration for this time.展示中心展示中心基于即墨：即墨灵山，奇石云海，墨水河畔，烟波浩渺”的印象，即墨人杰地灵，源自灵山和墨水的集聚，取即墨仙气萦绕的山、水以及云为灵感泉源，以“山水叠岚”“观澜云上”为主题，打造新中式的全新展示中心。承接展示中心以“观澜云居”为主题，而且提取传统中式礼序元素，打造整个计划结构。Jimo impression: Surrounded by spiritual mountain,unique stone and sea of cloud. Mist is revolved around the river bank. Thegreatness of a man lends glory to Jimo, which originated from the integrationof spiritual mountain and holy water. The inspiration came from the spiritualmountains, water and cloud. We intend to develop a brand new Neo-Chinese styleexhibition area with the theme of layer-spread mountains and overlooking viewon the cloud. The exhibition area adopts the theme of “Guanlan Yunju”andextracts Chinese traditional element of ritual order to develop the whole planning structure.展示中心展示中心展示中心打破传统新中式 “院落几重、中轴对称、大开大合”的空间界说。

以流动型的场景设计，牵连起空间的一连性。展示中心与镜面水交相呼应，宛如一幅山水画卷。大区计划提取即墨古城的“礼序、中轴、院落”三个元素，院落递进贯串主轴，与修建空间相融会。

中心主轴联合院落空间组成 “一轴、五进、九院”的礼序空间。The exhibitioncenter is a breakthrough for the spatial definition of “stacked yard, symmetricalaxis, broad opening and closing”. It reaches the spatial continuity by smoothscenic design. The exhibition center echoes the mirror water like a landscapepainting. The regional planning extracts three elements of Jimo ancient cityrespectively are "ritual sequence, central axis and courtyard". Thecourtyard runs through the main axis step by step and merges with thearchitectural space. The central spindle combines with the courtyard space toform a ritual order space of "one axis, five entrances and nineyards".入口入口修建屋顶将山的崎岖起伏的形态简化提取为深灰色金属封檐板，中间部门进一步用仿古铜铝方通来营造一种层峦叠嶂的感受，后面衬以中空的玻璃幕墙，形成一种虚实相映的感受。入口处提取当地古城的博古架、斗拱以及灯笼等元素。

以简化的形式排列组合，富有文化气质的小篆装饰其上，形成具有艺术感的仿古铜金属框架。The architectural roof extracts theshape of alpine ups and downs as dark grey metal verge board. The central partcreate a sense of multiple ranges of hills by antique copper drawn aluminumsquare. It develops a sense of contrast between reality and reality with glasscurtain wall as background. At the entrance, the elements such as Bogu framework,Dougong and lantern of the local ancient city are extracted. It’s formed into antiquedcopper metal frame with sense of art by simple pattern combination andhistorical Xiaozhuan character decoration.出门云屋整个展示中心修建，南北长约31米，工具长约29米。屋面由两部门弧形结构浇筑而成，40厚C20细石混凝土随打随抹平，整个屋面最大弧度半径为5.5米，最小弧度半径为2.9米。

The whole exhibition center building is about 31 meters long from north tosouth and 29 meters long from east to west. The roof is made of two parts ofarc structure. The 40 thick C20 fine aggregate concrete is troweled as it ispoured. The maximum radius of arc of the whole roof is 5.5m and the minimumradius of arc is 2.9m.鸟瞰在项目的设计历程中，我们不停的通过模型来推敲修建体量、质料与空间的联合关系。将曲面屋顶不停的变形推演，形成一种层峦叠嶂的感受。对于质料的选型及规格我们也经由了重复的推敲，最终出现出较好的鉴赏体验。

镜面水的设置使修建与园地之间建设了联系，形成一幅完整的画卷。以工期、成本、甲方预期、质量和风险的原则，打造即墨的网红打卡地。

In the design process of the project, we constantlyuse the model to explore the combination relationship of building volume,materials and space. The continuous deformation of the curved roof is deducedto develop a sense of overlapping peaks. The selection of materials has also gonethrough repeated deliberation which presents a better viewing experience. Thesetting of mirror water realizes the connection between the building and thesite by forming a complete picture.
